Welcome to MindAllFlow. These terms govern your access to and use of MindAllFlow offerings. By accessing or using any part of MindAllFlow, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using MindAllFlow services, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

2. Modifications to Terms

MindAllFlow may update these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on the website. Continued use after changes constitute acceptance of those updates.

3. Description of Offerings

MindAllFlow provides live mindfulness coaching sessions, guided meditation workshops (live and recorded), digital courses, audio programs, and physical products such as meditation cushions and aromatherapy kits.

4. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate and current information, treat instructors and fellow participants with respect, and comply with all applicable local regulations and guidelines during sessions.

5. Payment Terms

All fees are due in full before access or delivery. Accepted payment methods include credit and debit cards. Fees for live sessions and workshops are charged upon booking.

6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

MindAllFlow strives for client satisfaction. Below are the guidelines by offering type, including how reimbursements are processed and options for rescheduling when applicable.

6.1 Live Services (Sessions and Workshops)

Clients may reschedule a session at least 48 hours before its start. Approved rescheduling is subject to instructor availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to the start are non-refundable due to instructor commitments and allocation of resources. Approved reimbursements will be credited back to the original payment method within 5 business days.

6.2 Digital Products (Online Courses and Audio Programs)

Digital products are delivered instantly and cannot be reclaimed once accessed. Customers may request a reimbursement within 14 days of purchase provided no more than 30% of the content has been accessed. After this period or threshold, products are non-refundable due to the nature of digital delivery. Approved reimbursements will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6.3 Physical Goods

Unused and unopened items may be sent back within 30 days of receipt. Clients are responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the item for compliance with these conditions, a reimbursement will be credited back to the original payment method within 10 business days. Items that show signs of use or damage are not eligible.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and materials on MindAllFlow are the property of MindAllFlow and are protected by copyright and other applicable laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MindAllFlow is not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
